Two congresses where I designed the whole system, then the rest of the work by discipline.

On site

Entrance arch with sponsor tiers, hanging welcome banners, registration pull-ups and desk wraps, a self-registration sign, badges and lanyards, a double-sided exhibit floor-plan tower, the ePoster gallery backwall, the podcast booth sign, podium signs and slide templates on the plenary screens.

Website, campaign landing page & venue map

Website. icses2026.org, designed and built in WordPress / Elementor and fully responsive; plus a paid-ad landing page, an interactive venue map and a digital Program at a Glance.

Homepage. After the congress it became a thank-you page, plus an interactive world map of abstract submissions, each city a point with its name on hover.

Landing page. One message and one deadline, repeated at every scroll stop: limited-time pricing until August 14, three registration tiers with the regular price struck through, and a call to action after each block.

Interactive venue map. Delegates switch between Level 1, Level 2 and International Day, then highlight session rooms, meeting rooms, registration, the exhibition, ePosters or networking areas; each choice explains what is there.

Program at a Glance — digital version

Program book — print & digital

181 pages designed and laid out in InDesign, in two versions from one file: a printed pocket program handed to every delegate on site, and an interactive PDF. Contents: welcome, highlights, general information, venue maps, program at a glance, four days of the scientific program, the ePoster index, industry workshops, the exhibit floor plan and partners.

The digital version adds navigation for screens: a linked contents page, “Back to contents” on every page, a day-by-day program navigation, and links out to the interactive exhibit floor plan and the online ePoster gallery.

Flip through a selection of designed spreads below; sponsor ads inside the book are the advertisers’ own artwork and are not shown.

Call-for-abstracts flyer

A two-sided flyer that opened the abstract campaign, in the same system as everything on site.

Plenary slide deck

A 30–40 slide deck run on the plenary screens between sessions: welcome, infographics, session alerts, the mobile app, committee and social calls to action.

On site & print

Program-at-a-glance and floorplan walls, directional signs, roll-ups, the podium and speaker table, badges, and a 44-page badge-holder pocket program — four days of parallel sessions kept readable at pocket scale.

Sponsorship & exhibit prospectus

Sales collateral for sponsors and exhibitors: city and venue story, past-attendance charts by region and specialty, and every sponsorship and signage opportunity with its placement in the venue.

Website, ads & social

2025.hupo.org, designed and built in WordPress / Elementor with EventsAir registration, newsletter sign-up, sliders, video and maps — plus a multi-format paid-ad set for the registration deadline and fill-in templates for the organisers. 2025.hupo.org ↗

Atmagir Publishing — logo, book covers & layout

LogoBook coversBook layoutArmenian script

For Atmagir, a publishing house in Armenia, I designed the logo and design its books: covers, interior layout and pre-press.

Shown: three cover concepts for a new Armenian translation of the Epic of Gilgamesh by Eduard Saroyan, Alexander Shirvanzade’s Tankagin kapank and Alina, and Anna Vasilyan’s Qezanic heto (After You).

Atmagir Publishing — the first gratitude journal in Armenian

Book designArt directionArmenian scriptPre-press

Art direction, two covers, inner-page layout and pre-press for a first-of-its-kind journal in Armenian.

The orange of the first cover comes from the brief: gratitude, wisdom and inner guidance, which in Vedic tradition belong to Jupiter (Brihaspati), whose colour is orange — so the cover glows like an inner sun from the centre. The second cover was shaped by customer survey data: readers asked for a calmer design that wouldn’t distract from journaling.

Lifestyle imagery for social media promotion: AI-generated, art-directed by me.

Alla Zadneprovskaya — leadership coaching planner

Book designPlannerCyrillic2 spot colours

A working book for Alla Zadneprovskaya, one of Ukraine’s most in-demand leadership coaches: spreads that teach specific coaching techniques, monthly and weekly planners, weekly and monthly results reviews, and space for free writing and notes.

Pre-press for two-spot-colour printing.

ISPRS 2026 — congress brochure

BrochureAI-assisted imagery

A congress overview for ISPRS, the International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

The ISPRS cover shows Toronto as a LIDAR scan to echo the congress topic. I generated it with AI and art-directed it for accuracy and consistency with the conference brand.

Campaigns & Event Identities

National Neurotrauma Society — a new theme every year

Event identityCampaignPrintWebSocial

Year after year I design every event material for the society: website, social media templates, printed banners, postcards, onsite materials, program-at-a-glance booklets and sponsorship proposals.

Each symposium — Austin, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Portland — gets its own themed visual inside one recognisable brand.

The 2027 theme, “Rooted in discovery, rising toward recovery”, became a brain that grows from a spinal-cord tree with a rose at its heart (Portland is the City of Roses). The same mark works as a circular badge, so photo posts and pure-type posts stay in one family.

ASN 2027 — social media campaign

SocialCampaignTemplate system

The full social funnel for the American Society for Neurochemistry meeting in Vancouver, April 2027: registration launch, group discount, speaker spotlights, scientific program and abstract deadline.

It grows out of the ASN 2027 logo I designed (see Logos): one template system — circular photo crop, layered blue-and-gold arcs, pill-shaped call to action — flexed into light and dark versions so every post reads as ASN at a glance but never repeats.

Woodrise 2025 — bilingual site & campaign

WebEN / FRCampaign

Full conference design cycle: website, banners, print, social and digital.

  • Multilingual WordPress / Elementor, multi-user CMS
  • Custom program, speaker and sponsor features
  • Countdowns, dynamic sliders, animations
  • A landing page per marketing campaign
  • Fully responsive

ISDE — expo stand

Expo standLarge formatAssociation

Backwall and counter for the International Society for Diseases of the Esophagus at an industry expo. One stand had to do three jobs: state who ISDE is in one line, promote the next two congresses — Utrecht 2027 and Montreal 2028 — and route visitors to membership and publications by QR code.

Logo design

LogoAssociationsPublishing

The Atmagir publishing house, congress marks for HUPO 2025 and the American Society for Neurochemistry (2026, 2027) and a medical web-portal mark.

About

Creative quality with commercial thinking

I'm a bilingual (English / French) brand and marketing designer with more than ten years across design and marketing communications.

Most of my recent work is full-cycle: one identity, then every piece that carries it — expo stands and large-format print, books and editorial, websites I build myself in WordPress / Elementor, ad campaigns and video. Usually three to five projects at once, each on a hard deadline.

My background blends fine arts, marketing strategy and accessibility (WCAG AA), so the work has to look right, sell, and be usable by everyone.
